Online stores contain price-tagged product(s) from which individuals can purchase their goods and services. The price tag enables buyers to budget prior to purchase, providing convenience required by customers.

Usually, the price can be static or dynamic. The variation in price can result in various reasons such as market forces, VAT, discounts, etc.

Olitt online store selling a particular product [e.g particular book ], the cost can be set or updated through a plugin. This update ensures the cost displayed on your store is correct and current.

If you are using the bookSale template [on online stores category] in particular, the initial price set is $0 as shown below.

To set or update this price you need to follow the guide below.

Step 1: Identify the plugin 

 Open a new tab on your browser and log in to your Olitt account.

From the “my website” page, click the more (…) options and select plugins. 

From the list that appears, scroll down and locate “set price for single product”.  Click on Expand

Step 2: Add a new price

Step 3: connect the plugin

Click on the “connect” button and now you should be able to see “connected” green text.

Step 4: confirm the update.

Refresh your site from your browser. Your new price will reflect on the page as shown below.
