When managing your shop, it’s important to keep key details up to date to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with your customers. You can update these details from your Shop Dashboard under the Details section. Here’s how to do it:
- Shop Name: This is the name that will appear on your shop’s site and will be visible to your customers. Set a name that reflects your brand or business.
- URL: This shows the unique web address where your shop is hosted. You can click on the link to visit your store.
- Shop Logo: Upload your shop’s logo here to give your store a unique and professional identity.
- Favicon: You can upload a small icon (favicon) that appears in the browser tab next to your website title (recommended size: 256×256 pixels, format: PNG or ICO).
- Mailer Logo: Upload an image for your emails to include your branding in the automated emails sent from your store.
- Email Settings:
- Customer Support Email: Provide the email address where customers can reach out for support.
- Mail From Address: Enter the email that will be used for outgoing emails from your store.
- New Order Notification Email: Set the email where you will receive notifications for new orders.

- You can link your store to your social media accounts to enhance visibility. Supported platforms include:

- SEO Title: Specify the title for search engine optimization (SEO). This title will appear in search engine results.

- Default Currency: Choose the currency your store will use for pricing and transactions. In this case, the default is set to US Dollar.
- Supported Currencies: You can also add other supported currencies that customers can use to make purchases in your shop.
- Shop Description: Provide a detailed description of your shop and the products or services you offer. This is the content that customers will see when they visit your store.
- Contact Information:
- Contact Phone: Add a phone number that customers can use to contact your business.
- Address: Provide the physical or mailing address of your store or business.
After making any necessary changes, be sure to click the Update Basic Info button to save your updates.
